(l) Recall Rights (Continued)
(1) Recall Notification Period(s) (Continued)
CCT and 5:00 p.m. CCT, the TSP should provide
notification to all affected Replacement Shippers no
later than one hour after receipt of such recall
notification.
For recall notification provided to the TSP after
5:00 p.m. CCT and prior to 7:00 a.m. CCT, the TSP
should provide notification to all affected
Replacement Shippers no later than 8:00 a.m. CCT
after receipt of such recall notification.
The TSP should support the ability for the Releasing
Shipper to specify, as a condition of a release,
whether the Releasing Shipper?s recall notification
must be provided exclusively on a Business Day.
Recalled capacity notices shall indicate whether
penalties will apply for the gas day for which
quantities are reduced due to a capacity recall.
(2) Recall Notification
(a) The Releasing Shipper should provide capacity
recall notification to the TSP through the
TSP?s Customer Activities Website. The recall
notification will specify the recall
notification period for the specified effective
gas day, as well as any other information
needed to uniquely identify the capacity being
recalled.
(b) The TSP will support the ability for the
Releasing Shipper to specify, as a condition of
a capacity release offer, which recall
notification period(s), as provided in NAESB
WGQ Standard No. 5.3.44, will be avilable
for use by the parties.
