The Service Agreement(s), Rate Schedule(s), these General

Terms and Conditions, all terms and provisions contained or

incorporated therein, and the respective obligations of the

parties thereunder are subject to all valid laws, orders,

rules, and regulations of duly constituted authorities having

jurisdiction.
