5. Pressures

Seller shall deliver natural gas to the party which controls

and operates the facilities immediately downstream of Seller's

facilities at a minimum pressure of seventy-five (75) pounds

per square inch gauge (psig) unless Seller and such downstream

party mutually agree in writing on a different minimum

delivery pressure.
