4. Title to Gas

Buyer warrants that it has good title to all the gas

received by Seller for Buyer's account at the Point(s) of

Receipt and that such gas is free and clear of all liens,

encumbrances and claims whatsoever. Buyer agrees to

indemnify and hold Seller harmless against any loss or cost

incurred by Seller on account of such liens, encumbrances and

claims whatsoever relating to title to the gas. Seller

warrants that at the time of delivery at the Point(s) of

Delivery and/or Delivery Point Area(s) the gas so delivered

shall be free and clear of all liens, encumbrances and claims

whatsoever resulting from Seller's possession or

transportation of gas pursuant to the transportation Rate

Schedule(s). Seller agrees to indemnify and hold Buyer

harmless against any loss or cost incurred by Buyer on account

of liens, encumbrances or claims relating to title to the gas

resulting from such possession or transportation by Seller.
