3. Possession of Gas and Responsibility

Seller shall be deemed to be in control and possession of the

gas from the time it is received by Seller for transportation

at the Point(s) of Receipt until it is delivered at the

Point(s) of Delivery. Buyer shall be deemed to be in control

and possession of such gas prior to such receipt and after

such delivery. Seller shall have no responsibility

whatsoever with respect to such gas before receipt or after

delivery.
