(d) TSP has adopted the Gas Quality Practices and

Standards which were required by the Commission in 18 CFR

Subsection 284.12(a) in accordance with Order Nos. 587,

et. al., in addition to the standards which are reflected

in other provisions of this tariff, TSP is incorporating

herein the following NAESB Wholesale Gas Quadrant (WGQ)

principles, definitions, standards and data sets, Version

1.8, where applicable, by reference, into this
