Seller shall credit to the account of the Buyer whose

gas was forfeited 90 percent of the proceeds for such

sale, and shall retain the remaining 10 percent of such

proceeds for administrative expenses.

Seller may waive its right to retain all or any portion

of Buyer's gas, provided that any such waiver is

granted in a non-discriminatory manner.
