any of the gas requested to be transported, does the cost of the gas to

the affiliated marketer exceed the price received for the sale of the

gas by the affiliated marketer, after deducting associated costs,

including those incurred for transportation?

Shipper understands that this request form, complete and unrevised as to

format, must be received by Southern Star before the transportation request

will be accepted and processed.

Shipper, by its signature, represents to Southern Star that the information

above is correct and accurate and that all necessary transportation, gas

purchase and gas sales arrangements have been or will be secured prior to the

execution of the Southern Star transportation service agreement.
