5.1 Any Service Agreement under Rate Schedule PS may cover service in both

the Production Area and the Market Area.

5.2 OTHER THAN AS MAY BE SET FORTH HEREIN, SOUTHERN STAR MAKES NO OTHER

WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION

WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the
