MISCELLANEOUS

6.1 Any Service Agreement under Rate Schedule ITS may cover transportation

in both the Production Area and the Market Area. If one service

agreement covers both Production and Market Areas, MDTQ's for each area

will be stated in Section 1.1.

6.2 OTHER THAN AS MAY BE SET FORTH HEREIN, SOUTHERN STAR MAKES NO OTHER

WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION

WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY.
