26. FEDERAL ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION ANNUAL CHARGE ADJUSTMENT

26.1 Purpose

For the purpose of funding of the Federal Energy Regulatory

Commission's costs incurred in any fiscal year, this Section 26

establishes an annual charge adjustment to be applicable to

Southern Star's services as set forth on Sheet Nos. 10 and 11 of

this FERC Gas Tariff, except for service under Rate Schedules FSS,

ISS, and PAS. This Section 26 precludes Southern Star from

recovering any annual charges recorded in FERC Account No. 928 in

a NGA Section 4 rate case.
