11. FIRM CAPACITY REASSIGNMENT (Cont'd)

(5) For recall notification provided to Southern Star

after 5:00 p.m. and prior to 7:00 a.m. CCT, Southern

Star should provide notification to all affected

Replacement Shippers no later than 8:00 a.m. CCT

after receipt of such recall notification.

(6) The Replacement Shipper should provide Southern Star

with no more than two Internet e-mail addresses to be

used for recall notification. The obligation of

Southern Star to provide notification is waived until

at least one of the addresses has been provided.

Affected Replacement Shipper should manage internal

distribution of notifications of recall received from

Southern Star.
