2. PRODUCTION AREA/MARKET AREA (Cont'd)

2.1 Production Area

The production area generally includes areas of Southern Star's

system west or south of the discharge side of the Hesston Kansas

compressor station, west or south of the discharge side of the

Blackwell, Oklahoma compressor station, and west or south of the

discharge side of the Cotton Valley, Oklahoma compressor station;

provided, however, that the following facilities shall be

considered to be in the area specified:

The Lyons to Superior pipeline and laterals connected to

that pipeline which are north of the discharge side of the

Lyons compressor station are considered to be in the Market

area.

The Wichita, Kansas area and areas served directly from

facilities extending south from the Hesston compressor

station to the Wichita area, and facilities extending north

from the Blackwell compressor station to the Wichita area,

including the Wichita loop, are considered to be in the

Production Area.

2.2 Market Area

Other areas not specifically addressed in 2.1 above are considered

to be in the Market Area.

2.3 System Access

Southern Star will provide nondiscriminatory access to all sources

of supply in accordance with Part 284 of the Commission's

regulations.
