24.7 Processing Discount Retention Requests

Chandeleur will process discount retention requests in

the following manner:

-- Requests received by 4:00 P.M. Central Clock Time

on a Business Day will be processed within two (2)

hours of Chandeleur receiving the request.

-- Requests received after 4:00 P.M. Central Clock

Time on a Business Day will be processed by 8:30

A.M. Central Clock Time on the following Business

Day.
