WGQ")

Chandeleur adopts the Version 1.8 business practice and electronic

communication standards promulgated by the North American Energy

Standards Board, Wholesale Gas Quadrant, as required by the Commission

in Order No. 587-T (Docket No. RM96-1-029) issued February 24, 2009.

Chandeleur adopts the NAESB WGQ Electronic Data Interchange Trading

Partner Agreement.
