18.0 LATERAL LINE POLICY

(1) Chandeleur may choose to build or contribute to the

cost of building any lateral pipelines to Shippers'

proposed facilities.

(2) Nothing in this policy statement shall require

Chandeleur to file an application for a certificate

of public convenience and necessity under Section

7(c) of the Natural Gas Act at the request of a

Shipper or other party.
