GENERAL TERMS

AND CONDITIONS

11.0 WARRANTY

Shipper hereby warrants the title to all Gas delivered

to Chandeleur for transportation hereunder, the right

to deliver the same, and that it is free from all liens

and adverse claims, and agrees, if notified thereof by

Chandeleur, to indemnify and defend Chandeleur against

all suits, actions, debts, accounts, damages, costs,

losses and expenses arising from or out of any adverse

legal claims of any and all persons to or against said

Gas.
