GENERAL TERMS

AND CONDITIONS

(f) Operational Transactions

(i) Chandeleur may buy, sell, and/or borrow or

tender gas, for return at a later date (each

individually an "Operational Transaction") to

the extent necessary to:

1) maintain system pressure and line pack;

2) manage system imbalances, fuel, and loss

and unaccounted for retentions;

3) perform other operational functions of

Chandeleur in connection with the

transportation of gas; and,

4) otherwise protect the operational

integrity of Chandeleur's system.

(ii) All such Operational Transactions shall be made

on an unbundled basis on Chandeleur, with the

purchaser or receiver of the gas sold or

tendered by Chandeleur responsible for any

transportation on Chandeleur. Sales by

Chandeleur shall be made at receipt point(s) on

Chandeleur's system, and have a lower scheduling

priority than firm service. Other Operational

Transactions shall be made at those locations

where the gas may be operationally needed from

time to time.

(iii) Prior to making any purchases or sales under

this Section 8.4, Chandeleur shall post such

purchase and sales quantities for bidding on

its electronic bulletin board in accordance

with the applicable bidding provisions that

will be posted at the time of the

purchase/sale. Chandeleur reserves the right,
