The recall notification provided to Chandeleur
should express the quantity in terms of adjusted
total released capacity entitlements based upon
the Elapsed Prorata Capacity. (NAESB WGQ 5.3.55)
Chandeleur will not be obligated to deliver in
excess of the total daily contract quantity of
the release as a result of NAESB WGQ Standard
No. 5.3.55. (NAESB WGQ 5.3.57)
In the event of an intra-day capacity recall,
Chandeleur will determine the allocation of
capacity between the Releasing Shipper and the
Replacement Shipper(s) based upon the Elapsed
Prorata Capacity (EPC). Variations to the use
of EPC may be necessary to reflect the nature of
Chandeleur's FERC Gas Tariff, services, and / or
operational characteristics. (NAESB WGQ 5.3.56)
The amount of capacity allocated to the
Replacement Shipper(s) should equal the original
released capacity less the recalled capacity
that is adjusted based upon the Elapsed Prorata
Capacity (EPC) or other Chandeleur FERC Gas
Tariff specific variations of the EPC in
accordance with NAESB WGQ Standard No. 5.3.56
[above]. (NAESB WGQ 5.3.58)
The Replacement Shipper should provide
Chandeleur with no more than two Internet E-mail
addresses to be used for recall notification.
The obligation of Chandeleur to provide
notification is waived until at least one of the
addresses has been provided. (NAESB WGQ 5.3.47)
Affected Replacement Shippers should manage
internal distribution of notifications of recall
received from Chandeleur. (NAESB WGQ 5.3.52)
