(j) Reput Methods and Rights

Reput method and rights should be specified at the

time of the deal. Reput method and rights are

individually negotiated between the releasing

Shipper and replacement Shipper. (NAESB WGQ 5.3.8)

Releasing Shippers may specify rights of recall

including the terms of recall and the terms of

returning previously recalled capacity (reput) to

the replacement Shipper. When capacity is

recalled, it may not be reput for the same gas

day. (NAESB WGQ 5.3.53) The deadline for

notifying Chandeleur of a reput is 8:00 a.m. to

allow for timely nominations to flow on the next

gas day. (NAESB WGQ 5.3.54)

(k) Recall Notification Timeline

Releasing shippers may, to the extent permitted as

a condition of the capacity release, recall

released capacity (scheduled or unscheduled) at

the Timely Nomination cycle and the Evening

Nomination cycle, and recall unscheduled released

capacity at the Intra-Day 1 and Intra-Day 2

Nomination cycles. Chandeleur will support the

following recall notification periods for all

released capacity subject to recall rights:

(i) Timely Recall Notification:

(a) A Releasing Shipper recalling capacity

should provide notice of such recall to

Chandeleur and the first Replacement

Shipper no later than 8:00 a.m. on the

day that Timely Nominations are due;

(b) Chandeleur will provide notification of

such recall to all affected Replacement

Shippers no later than 9:00 a.m. on the

day that Timely Nominations are due

(Central Clock Time);
