8. DEFINITIONS

8.1 The term "Maximum Daily Injection Quantity" shall mean

the maximum quantity of Gas that Customer is entitled to

inject on any Gas Day.

8.2 The term "Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity" shall mean

the maximum quantity of Gas that Customer is entitled to

withdraw on any Gas Day.

8.3 The term "South Lateral Charge" shall mean the charge

described in Section 4.3 of this Rate Schedule.
