Intraday 2 Recall Notification:

- A Releasing Shipper recalling capacity

shall provide notice of such recall to

the Seller and the first Replacement

Shipper no later than 2:30 p.m. on the

day that Intraday 2 Nominations are due;

- The Seller shall provide notification of

such recall to all affected Replacement

Shippers no later than 3:30 p.m. on the

day that Intraday 2 Nominations are due

(Central Clock Time).

Notification of recall provided by the

Releasing Shipper to the Seller shall express

the quantity recalled in terms of adjusted

total released capacity entitlements based

upon Elapsed Prorata Capacity, as defined by

NAESB.
