Seller will bill Customer each Month for Seller's Injection Use (i)

for electric power used in Seller's operations at the rate of $0.05

per dekatherm of the gas nominated for injection on Customer's

behalf during the preceding Month, and (ii) for Gas lost or

unaccounted for in Seller's operations at the rate of one quarter

of one percent (0.25%) of the Gas nominated for injection on

Customer's behalf in the preceding Month. There will be no

Seller's Withdrawal Use assessed against withdrawals

nominated on Customer's behalf.

* All quantities of natural gas are measured in

dekatherms (dth).
