Board (“NAESB”) Wholesale Gas Quadrant (“WGQ”) Business Practice Standards

(“NAESB Standards”) that are incorporated by reference pursuant to Section

284.12 of the Commission’s Regulations (C.F.R. 284.12). The applicable

NAESB Standards not included verbatim in this FERC Gas Tariff are listed

below.
