14. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
A. Shippers are encouraged to work with Transporter on an informal basis to
resolve any problems they may have in regards to transportation services on
Transporter's pipeline system, prior to filing a formal complaint.
B. Should a problem remain unresolved after a good faith attempt at
resolving a problem, Shipper should submit a complaint in writing to
Transporter at the following address:

C. Transporter will respond initially within 48 hours and in writing within
30 days of a complaint.
D. If Shipper has exhausted all options in Sections 14.A through14.C
herein, further discussion may be pursued with the President of Cheniere
Creole Trail Pipeline, L.P..
E A Shipper may also file a complaint with the Commission pursuant to 18
CFR Section 385.206 of the Commission's regulations.
