14. The descriptive headings of the provisions of this

Agreement and of these General Terms and Conditions are formulated

and used for convenience only and shall not affect the meaning or

construction of any such provision.

Caprock shares office space and computer systems with

marketing entities which are affiliated with Caprock through a

common parent corporation or sister companies.

Additionally, these marketing entities utilize Caprock's

systems for transportation.
