23. NORTH AMERICAN ENERGY STANDARDS BOARD
BLUEWATER adopts or exceeds all of the Business Practices and
Electronic Communication Standards which were required by the
Commission in 18 C.F.R. Section 284.12(b) in accordance with Order
No. 587-T. In addition to the standards reflected in other
provisions of this FERC Gas Tariff, the following NAESB Standards
Version 1.8 are incorporated herein by reference:
