9. STORAGE RATCHETS

Customer's Maximum Daily Injection Quantity and Maximum Daily

Withdrawal Quantity under its executed Firm Storage Service

Agreement may be subject to reduction based on the level of

Customer's Storage Inventory pursuant to ratchets. A Customer under

Rate Schedule FSS may choose from the options listed below with

regard to injection and withdrawal ratchets. Customer's election as

to service ratchets shall be set forth in Customer's Firm Storage

Service Agreement.

Injection Ratchets:

Level of MSQ MDIQ Multiplier

1. 0% - 90% 100%

Greater than 90% 80%

2. No Injection Rachets

Withdrawal Ratchets:

Level of MSQ MDWQ Multiplier

1. 100% - 20% 100%

Less Than 20% - 10% 70%

Less Than 10% 40%

2. 100% - 20% 100%

Less Than 20% - 15% 90%

Less Than 15% - 10% 80%

Less Than 10% - 5% 70%

Less Than 5% 60%

3. No Withdrawal Rachets

10. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Applicable provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of this

FERC Gas Tariff, as such provisions may be amended from time to

time, are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this

FSS Rate Schedule, where applicable, and shall supplement the terms

and conditions governing service rendered hereunder, as though

stated herein; provided, however, that in the event of any

inconsistency, the terms of this FSS Rate Schedule shall control.
