(4) Pipeline performing Routine Maintenance on its

system;

(5) Pipeline performing at any time repair and

maintenance of its facilities to comply with

applicable regulatory or other governmental

requirements;

(6) Shipper’s or an upstream pipeline’s failure to

maintain contracted pressure; or

(7) a force majeure event defined in Section 23.1, but

for no more than 10 days after such event.
