24. NORTH AMERICAN ENERGY STANDARDS BOARD

Liberty adopts or exceeds all of the Business Practices and Electronic

Communication Standards which were required by the Commission in 18 C.F.R.

Section 284.12(b) in accordance with Order Nos. 587, et al. In addition to

the standards reflected in other provisions of this FERC Gas Tariff, the

following NAESB standards, definitions and data sets, Version 1.8, are

incorporated herein by reference:
