system and its capacity shall be provided on Transporter's HTML webpage,

accessible via the Internet's World Wide Web, at www.brpipeline.com.

23.2 System and Service Information. Information on the availability,

pricing, or other terms of the transportation services will be made

available on Transporter's Internet website.
