recall notification period will be included in the subject line and the
effective time of the recall will be in the body of the E-mail. Recall
notifications by Transporter by other mechanisms in addition to Internet E-
mail will include at least the same level of information. (NAESB 5.3.46)
(c) Replacement Shipper shall provide Transporter with no more than two
Internet E-mail Addresses to be used for recall notification. The
obligation of Transporter to provide notification is waived until at least
one of the addresses has been provided. (NAESB 5.3.47)
(d)The Releasing Shipper shall provide capacity recall notification to
Transporter and the affected Replacement shipper in the form and with the
content set forth in (b), unless otherwise agreed. The recall notification
shall specify the recall notification period for the specified effective
gas day, as well as any other information needed to uniquely identify the
capacity being recalled. (NAESB 5.3.48)
The recall notification provided to Transporter shall express the quantity
to be recalled in terms of adjusted total released capacity entitlements
based upon the Elapsed Prorata Capacity (EPC). In the event of an intraday
capacity recall, Transporter will determine the allocation of capacity
between the Releasing Shipper and the Replacement Shipper(s) based upon the
EPC. Variations to the use of EPC may be necessary to reflect the nature
of Transporter's tariff, services, and/or other operational
characteristics. Transporter shall not be obligated to deliver in excess
of the total daily contract quantity of the release as a result of NAESB
WGQ Standard No. 5.3.55. The amount of the capacity allocated to the
Replacement Shipper(s) shall equal the original released capacity less the
recalled capacity that is adjusted based upon the EPC or other of
Transporter's tariff specific variations of the EPC in accordance with
NAESB WGQ Standard No. 5.3.56. (NAESB 5.3.55, 5.3.56, 5.3.57, 5.3.58)
(e) When capacity is recalled, it may not be reput for the same gas day.

(f) The deadline for notifying Transporter of a reput is 8:00 a.m. to allow
for timely nominations to flow on the next gas day. (NAESB 5.3.54)
