20. CAPACITY RELEASE (Continued)

Transporter supports the function of reputting by releasing

shippers. (NAESB 5.3.7)

The reput method and rights should be specified at the

time of the deal. The reput method and rights shall be individually

negotiated between the releasing shipper and replacement

shipper. (NAESB 5.3.8)

Transporter shall post capacity release offers

and bids, including prearranged deals, upon receipt, unless

releasing shipper requests otherwise. If a releasing shipper

requests a posting time, Transporter shall

support such request insofar as it comports with the

standard timeline set forth in NAESB standard 5.3.2.
