11. MEASUREMENT BASE

Refer to Section 4 of the General Terms and Conditions.

12. NOMINATION OF RECEIPTS AND DELIVERIES

Receipts and deliveries of natural gas shall be nominated, confirmed,

scheduled and curtailed by Transporter in accordance with Section 9 of the

General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff.
