GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(d) For services that provide for intra-Day
nominations and scheduling, there is no limitation as to the
number of intra-Day nominations (line items as per NAESB Standard
1.2.1) which a service requester may submit at any one standard
nomination cycle or in total across all standard nomination
cycles.
(e) Revised predetermined allocations (described in
Section 7 hereof) may need to be submitted in conjunction with the
Intra-Day Nomination in order to properly allocate the gas
received at the nominated Receipt Point.
(f) Unless KMIP agrees to the contrary, the revised
nomination under an intra-Day nomination may be limited by Section
6.5(c). KMIP and the interconnecting party will agree on the
hourly flows of the intra-Day nomination.
(g) An intra-Day nomination is only effective for a
single Day. There is no need to re-nominate if the intra-Day
nomination is intended to modify the existing nomination. The
Shipper should submit a new timely nomination if the Shipper wants
to replace the previously submitted standing nomination or
commence service for the next gas Day.
(h) Intra-Day nominations can be used to request
increases or decreases in total flow, changes to Receipt Points,
or changes to Delivery Points of scheduled gas.
6.7 END-OF-GAS-DAY SCHEDULED QUANTITY DOCUMENT
At the end of each Day, KMIP will provide the final
scheduled quantities for the just completed Day. With respect to
the implementation of this process via the 1.4.x scheduled
quantity related standards, KMIP will send an End of Day Scheduled
Quantity document. Receivers of the End of Day Scheduled Quantity
document can waive the sender's sending of the End of Day
Scheduled Quantity document.
6.8 OVERRUN QUANTITIES
Shippers submitting nominations via Interactive Website
or EDI for transportation of overrun volumes (volumes in excess of
the applicable point or Agreement MDQ) may either include such
