38.4 CURRENT FL&U REIMBURSEMENT (Contd.)

C. Gas Compressor Fuel. The Gas Compressor Fuel to be included

in the current FL&U Reimbursement Percentage(s) consists of

the actual Fuel consumed during the Base Period, as adjusted

for changes that are known and measurable with reasonable

accuracy, expressed as Dth.

D. Additional System Balance Activity. Any other volumes,

expressed in Dth (either an actual or estimate), to be

included to come to a total System Gas Balance.

E. The total actual current FL&U Reimbursement Percentage(s)

will be calculated by summing up the Dth in A, B, C, and

D above and dividing by the total estimated receipt

volumes for the System.

F. Transactions that are not assessed the maximum FL&U

Reimbursement Percentage(s) hereunder shall not be

included in the calculations of the FL&U Reimbursement

Percentage(s).

38.5 UNRECOVERED FL&U REIMBURSEMENT ACCOUNT

Transporter shall establish and maintain a current deferral

sub-account of unrecovered FL&U for each zone or facility for

which a FL&U% is charged.

A. The accumulated current deferral sub-account balances of

Account No. 182.3 may include the following:

(1) The Monthly deferral of a dollar amount associated

with Transporter's actual under- or over-recovered

FL&U;

(2) Appropriate prior period adjustments to activity,

if any;

(3) Transfers of any unamortized amounts remaining in a

deferral sub-account of Account No. 182.3 to the

next sub-account after the related surcharge

amortization period has expired;
