1. DEFINITIONS (Contd.)

1.57 Total Energy Content. That amount determined by multiplying the

Total Heating Value (as defined in Section 18.5 of these General

Terms and Conditions) by the volume of Gas in cubic feet, adjusted

for as-delivered water content.

1.58 Transporter. ROCKIES EXPRESS PIPELINE LLC.

1.59 Unauthorized Overrun Gas. Overrun Gas not accepted by

Transporter for scheduling pursuant to Section 7 of these

General Terms and Conditions.

1.60 Year. A period of three hundred sixty-five (365) consecutive

Days or three hundred sixty-six (366) consecutive Days if such

period includes February 29.
