GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS (Contd.)

1.46 Primary Receipt Point(s). Those Receipt Points on

Transporter's System listed as Primary under Shipper's

applicable Service Agreement, amended from time-to-time.

1.47 Prospective Shipper. Those entities that do not have a currently

effective Service Agreement.

1.48 Psi. The pressure measured in pounds per square inch.

1.49 Psia. Pounds per square inch absolute.

1.50 Receipt Point. Any Point at which Gas is tendered by or for the

account of Shipper to Transporter for transportation as specified

in an Agreement or as applicable to service under such Agreement

by operation of this Tariff.

1.51 Recourse Rate. The applicable maximum rate that would otherwise

apply to the service but for the Negotiated Rate flexibility

allowed under Section 33 hereof.

1.52 Service Agreement. A written agreement, and any exhibits,

attachments and/or amendments, for Gas service, which is

executed by Transporter and Shipper.

1.53 Secondary Delivery Point(s). Those Delivery Points on

Transporter's System not listed as Primary on Shipper's Service

Agreement that Shipper can elect from time-to-time subject to

the applicable Rate Schedule and these General Terms and

Conditions.

1.54 Secondary Receipt Point(s). Those Receipt Points on

Transporter's System not listed as Primary on Shipper's Service

Agreement that Shipper can elect from time-to-time, subject to

the applicable Rate Schedule and these General Terms and

Conditions.

1.55 Shipper. May refer to Existing Shippers or Prospective

Shippers, individually or collectively, depending on the

context. In addition, in a given context, Shipper may refer to

an entity that is seeking to become a Shipper.

1.56 System. The pipeline, any compression, and related facilities

owned by Transporter.
