During the period from January 25, 2008 through the in-service date of

Transporter's facilities at Echo Springs, Shipper's quantities have been

designated for receipt and delivery at the following points:

Cheyenne Hub Pool (PIN 43492) 411,429

Primary Delivery Points MDDQ

NGPL/REX Jefferson County Delivery (PIN 42499) 146,895

NNG/REX Gage County (PIN 43037) 131,680

ANR/REX Brown County (PIN 43038) 132,854

During the period from the in-service date of Transporter's facilities at

Echo Springs through the in-service date of Transporter's PEPL/REX-

Audrain Delivery Point, Shipper's quantities have been designated for

receipt and delivery at the following points:

Primary Receipt Point MDRQ

Cheyenne Hub Pool (PIN 43492) 411,429

Primary Delivery Points MDDQ

NGPL/REX Jefferson County Delivery (PIN 42499) 146,895

NNG/REX Gage County (PIN 43037) 101,680

ANR/REX Brown County (PIN 43038) 162,854

Shipper shall be charged the FL&U rate stated in Transporter's Tariff,

except that Shipper's Fuel rate shall not exceed 3%.

After completion of construction of the REX West facilities until the in-

service date of the REX East initial service, Shipper's Reservation Rate

shall be $15.1049 per Dth of MDQ per month (as adjusted to reflect the

actual Steel Price Adjustment) and shall apply to service provided at the

following primary receipt and delivery points:

All primary receipt and delivery points located in Zone 2 of

Transporter's pipeline system, as that term is defined in

Transporter's Tariff.

Authorized contract overrun volumes will receive a discounted overrun

rate of $0.4966 per Dth adjusted to reflect the Steel Price Adjustment

plus commodity charges, ACA and any other surcharges and FL&U in

accordance with Transporter's Tariff.

This negotiated rate shall also apply to all Receipt and Delivery Points

within Zone 2 on a secondary basis, provided that receipts entering

Transporter's system via the Cheyenne Hub Facilities and/or the Meeker

Hub Facilities shall incur a volumetric charge per Dth equal to the

applicable maximum rate for interruptible service and associated FL&U%,

as set forth in this Tariff.

This Shipper has been designated as a Foundation Shipper and afforded all

Foundation Shipper rights as defined and set forth in the General Terms

and Conditions of this Tariff.
