1/ Reservation Rates are $/Dth of MDQ/Month. Commodity Rates are $/Dth.

These fees and charges are in addition to the zone rates stated on the

applicable rate sheets of this Tariff.

2/ Receipts entering Transporter's System via the Cheyenne Booster

Facilities (formerly known as the "Cheyenne Hub Facilities"), as defined

in the General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff, will be assessed the

Cheyenne Booster Facilities Rate (formerly known as the "Cheyenne Hub

Facilities Rate") per Dth and the Fuel and Lost and Unaccounted-for

Reimbursement Percentage associated with the Cheyenne Booster

Facilities. The Cheyenne Booster Facilities are located at the boundary

between Zones 1 and 2 of Transporter's system. The Cheyenne Booster

Facilities Rate shall be the only applicable rate for transactions using

only the Cheyenne Booster Facilities. A Shipper transporting Gas

through the Cheyenne Hub from Zone 1 to Zone 2 or vice versa will not be

charged the incremental Cheyenne Booster Facilities Rate. The Cheyenne

Booster Facilities Rate shall be incrementally applicable only when such

facilities are used in conjunction with Transporter's other upstream or

downstream facilities.

3/ Receipts entering Transporter's System via the Meeker Booster Facilities

(formerly known as the "Meeker Hub Facilities"), as defined in the

General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff, will be assessed the Meeker

Booster Facilities Rate (formerly known as the "Meeker Hub Facilities

Rate") per Dth and the Fuel and Lost and Unaccounted-for Reimbursement

Percentage associated with the Meeker Booster Facilities. The Meeker

Booster Facilities Rate shall be the only applicable rate for

transactions using only the Meeker Booster Facilities. The Meeker

Booster Facilities Rate shall be incrementally applicable only when such

facilities are used in conjunction with Transporter's other downstream

facilities.

4/ Transactions utilizing Transporter's System via the Overthrust Lease

Facilities as defined in the General Terms and Conditions of this

Tariff, will be assessed the Overthrust Lease Facilities Rate per Dth.

The Overthrust Lease Facilities Rate shall be the only applicable rate

for transactions using only the Overthrust Lease Facilities. The

Overthrust Lease Facilities Rate shall be incrementally applicable when

these facilities are used in conjunction with Transporter's other

downstream facilities.

5/ Each of these percentages is subject to adjustment in accordance with

Section 38 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff.
