(7) Correction of Imbalances; and/or

 

(8) Performing any other voluntary action which

would tend to alleviate or forestall the

situation including, but not limited to

limiting, Pool Transfers.

 

(iv) Any other information, terms and/or conditions which

Transporter deems appropriate.

 

Upon issuance of an Operational Alert, Transporter may

also take such actions as are within its control and

discretion to alleviate or forestall the situation,

including invoking the provisions of Sections 5.3(d)

and 5.7(d) of these General Terms and Conditions.

Operational Alerts shall be posted on Transporter's

Internet Web Site and shall constitute notice that

issuance of an OFO may be imminent.

 

(b) Bids for Remedial Services. In addition to or in lieu of

issuing Operational Alerts pursuant to (a) above,

Transporter may also solicit bids from its Shippers or from

other parties for the performance of services (including but

not limited to increased injections or increased deliveries)

which, in Transporter's reasonable discretion, it determines

may alleviate or forestall the development of such

situation, in the following manner:

 

(i) As soon as is practicable, Transporter may post on its

Internet Web Site all relevant terms and conditions of

the service(s) desired to be performed, including the

time when performance is required, and shall set forth

the period within which bids must be received by

Transporter.

 

(ii) Any party who desires to perform the requested service

may submit a bid to Transporter. All bids shall be in
