Days after responses would have been due pursuant

to the above-described schedule, the Challenger

shall file its case in chief regarding prudence

with the Commission. Transporter shall serve its

initial data requests on the Challenger within

twenty (20) Days of the date of its receipt of the

Challenger's case in chief. The Challenger's

responses to such requests shall be provided within
