(iii) All bids received during the bid periods specified

above remain binding unless withdrawn prior to the

close of bidding. If a bid is submitted with a higher

incremental economic value (based on the criteria

described below), then the Pre-arranged Shipper will

have a one-time right to match the higher bid to

retain capacity. If the Pre-arranged Shipper elects

not to match the higher competing bid, the capacity

will be awarded to the highest bidder(s) satisfying

the applicable creditworthiness or security

requirements. The Pre-arranged Service Agreement will

specify that the capacity commitment is subject to the

outcome of the bidding process and, if necessary, the

Pre-arranged Shipper's election to exercise its

matching rights.

(iv) Capacity that is reserved and awarded under the Pre-

arranged Service procedures for capacity described in

(i) above will be made available for interim

transportation services up to the service commencement

date for the Pre-arranged Service Agreement, but

without rights-of-first-refusal, or other term

extension rights, for which the transactions might

otherwise be eligible under this Tariff or the

Commission's regulations if, and to the extent that,

such rights would permit the interim Shipper to extend

its service beyond the service commencement date of the

Pre-arranged Service Agreement ("Interim Service").
