(v) Transporter will provide advance notice, using the

mechanisms provided for in Section 20.4(c) below for

communication of OFOs, to interruptible Shippers

being bumped by firm Shippers. Transporter will

notify the interruptible Shipper being bumped if

penalties will apply on the Day its service is to be

bumped.
