5.5 Delivery Nominations and Scheduling (continued)

9:00 p.m. Receipt of completed confirmations

by Transporter from upstream and

downstream connected parties.

10:00 p.m. Transporter provides scheduled

quantities to Shipper and point

operator, including notice to bumped

Shippers.

Scheduled quantities resulting from an Evening

Nomination submitted pursuant to this Section

5.5(a)(i)(2) that does not cause another

Shipper to receive notice that it is being

bumped should be effective at 9:00 a.m. on the

Day of Gas flow; and when an Evening Nomination

causes another Shipper to receive notice that

it is being bumped, the scheduled quantities

should be effective at 9:00 a.m. on the Day of

Gas flow.
