5.4 Point(s) of Delivery (continued)

Tariff, service to Secondary Delivery Point(s)

shall be provided in accordance with and subject

to the terms and conditions applicable to

service under Rate Schedule IT.

(3) The quantity limitations for total nominations

and/or deliveries that are permitted for a given

Day during the Service Month at Primary Delivery

Points shall be

(A) the effective MDO's applicable to

deliveries at any individual point(s);

and/or

(B) the Contract Demand (less deliveries at

Secondary Delivery Point(s)) applicable to

total deliveries.

(4) The quantity limitations for total nominations

and/or deliveries that are permitted for a given

Day during the Service Month at Secondary

Delivery Points shall be

(A) the Secondary MDQ's established at any

individual point; and/or
