such facilities and to such premises at any reasonable time for

any purpose connected with the provision of service hereunder.

3.7 Access to Tests and Records. Each party shall have the right to

be present at the time of any installing, reading, cleaning,

changing, repairing, inspecting, testing, calibrating or adjusting

done in connection with the other's equipment used in measuring or

checking the measurement of deliveries hereunder. The records

from such equipment shall remain the property of their owner, but

upon request each will submit to the other its records and charts,

together with calculations therefrom, for inspection and

verification, subject to return within twenty (20) Days after

receipt thereof.

3.8 Preservation of Records. Each party shall preserve on microfilm

or otherwise for a period of at least one (1) Year all test data,

charts and other similar records, unless such records pertain to a

pending dispute.
