1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETIVE MATTERS: (continued)

Business Day shall mean Monday through Friday excluding Federal

Banking Holidays for transactions in the U.S., and similar

holidays for transactions occurring in Canada and Mexico.

Buyer. See Rate Schedule USS.

Capacity Reserved. The maximum firm entitlement under a Rate

Schedule PS Service Agreement for firm Pool Transfers.

Carryover Costs. See Section 23.7.

Cash Balancing Revenue Credit. See Section 5.7(c)(ii)(2)B.

Cash-Out Crediting Revenues. See Section 5.7(c)(ii)(2)(B).
