(c) By mutual agreement and on a basis which is not unduly

discriminatory, Transporter may accept Gas tendered during

the Reverse Injection Period by Shipper for injection at

point(s) other than the Delivery Point specified above,

including via in-field transfers in the manner provided in

Section 8 of Rate Schedule FSS, if accepting Gas at such

alternative point(s) is operationally beneficial to

Transporter's system.
