5. IMBALANCE RESOLUTION:

Monthly Imbalances incurred under this Rate Schedule shall be resolved

in accordance with Section 5.7(c) of the General Terms and Conditions.

For purposes of Section 5.7(c)(ii)(2)B. of the General Terms and

Conditions, quantities transported under this Rate Schedule will be

considered quantities transported under Rate Schedule FT.
